At Bienvenu, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your receipt to track your return back to our warehouse.
